The first Lanzarote Lates website was built to meet the demands of our expanding villa portfolio in 2003 and was Playa Blanca’s first independent private villa rentals website. It has grown year on year and is still the number one private bookings site for Playa Blanca.
Montana Villas and Pools SCP opened its first office in Playa Blanca which was a combined working office and swimming pool and spa shop. The success of the shop meant that
some years later we moved our operations to the industrial zone of Playa Blanca to a large warehouse and our company expanded from an SCP to an SL company and we took on the shortened name of MVP. At this time Lanzarote Lates villas were registered in the UK as an LTD company.
Further expansion through the years let to the formation of the MVP Lanzarote group in late 2015.
In 2017 we opened an additional office in the center of Playa Blanca. Operating from this office is Elite Villa Management and Elite Villa Sales. Also in this office is the local representative of Lanzarote Lates villas
