Villa Miramar is close to the main village of Playa Blanca. It is a semi detached bungalow; in the residential area of Costa Papagayo. The villa has its own private electrically heated pool with easy access grab rail, providing great temperatures for swimming all year round.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, Solana, large patio with BBQ, where you can make the most of the lovely views of the sea and Fuerteventura.
The large double bedroom has an on-suite bedroom and windows to the pool area. The two twin bedrooms have two single beds and shares a family shower room. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer for stocking up on holiday goodies, a washing machine, along with a cooker and microwave of course.
The large lounge has 2 settees, Satellite TV, and DVD player and selection of films. There are also plenty of books for you to enjoy. There is a dining table with seating for four and patio doors to the pool area. There's a CD radio system too.
The garden is fully walled and safe for children. There is a travel cot, high chair and selection of childrens toys.
There is a security safe for your holiday valuables.
There is a private gated drive and parking for two cars.
If you like Villa Miramar and want to travel in a larger group, we also have the adjacent property available to let Villa Jessica which has a further 3 bedrooms
This residential area offers a variety of advantages.
The easy access to Playa Blanca center on foot is certainly one of them, as is the 20minute walk to the vibrant Playa Dorada beach with all its family fun. Not forgetting the wide selection of Bars, restaurants, take-aways and shops there too.
Costa Papagayo is a very short drive across National Park to the 8 unrivalled beaches of Papagayo. These beaches are amongst the finest in the Canary Islands and not to be missed.
Lots of sights to experience the natural coastline and remarkable blue sea to mention two, one of the beaches are designated for Naturists, so a few extra sights there.
There is a local well-stocked Netto store at Costa Papagayo, and a number of Hotels in easy walking or 2 minute or so drive away.
The finest hotel has to be the 5star Princess Yaiza, where you can sample the fine dining restaurants, exclusive shops, pool side café or ice cream parlour.
The regular entertainment there is so easily accessed from the Costa Papagayo area and not to be missed.
An ideal place to either play tennis, or occupy little ones is Kikoland, where the safe staffed environment allows children to play or swim. The mini disco is great fun.
Whichever direction you go from Cost Papagayo, you are on a winning route.

Dear Angela, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for the quality service we received from your company. We stayed at Villa Miramar 19/7/06-26/7/06 and as I said in the feed back form it could not have been better. We could find no fault and could not rate the whole experience any higher. The gentleman who cleaned the pool was excellent as was the housekeeper. The villa was lovely, beautifully clean and well presented, I loved the flower petals that were sprinkled around the bathroom sinks those kind of touches make all the difference. Even though the check out time on the day of departure is usually 10.00am being allowed to stay at the Villa till 4.00pm was a welcome bonus that we really appreciated. The information packs in the Villa were really useful informing us about Playa Blanca and what was in the local area. We are telling everyone about your company and how you take the worry out of renting a Villa. We are hoping to book with you for two weeks next summer once we have our dates sorted out.
