A charming and spacious 2 bedroom detached luxury Villa with hot tub jacuzzi and furnished with all your home comforts.

The Villa has been tiled in marble throughout and benefits from high ceilings which creates a cool airy feeling.

The comfortable lounge comes equipped with two luxurious brown leather sofas providing comfort whilst you relax and enjoy the TV and SKY satellite (limited channels),DVD player with a few films, plus a HIFI/CD player with some music CD's and board games. The French doors create light and space and overlook the patio and communal infinity pool. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto the beautifully fitted kitchen.

The fully fitted kitchen includes: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. On arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack with milk, water, orange juice, tea, coffee and biscuits making it easy for late night arrivals.

The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, electric fan and doors leading onto the patio and hot tub area. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes, electric air cooling fan and window.

There is a luxury marble ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom which has a bath with shower over, sink and WC. In addition, there is also a separate family shower room with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

There is a washing machine in the utility room for your use where you will also find the iron and ironing board so you can pack lightly.

A lovely large wooden dining table is situated under an alfresco shaded pergola with ample seating which is ideal for sunset BBQs and great views across the sea and mountains to Fuerteventura.

There is a very large patio area within the private and mature garden which is ideal for sun lovers who can enjoy the sun beds and cushions provided. To cool off from the Lanzarote sunshine it’s just a few footsteps from Villa La Colina to the quiet, large communal pool. In addition, there is a shaded area with rattan seating and table and traditional BBQ to enjoy those lazy, balmy evenings. Tucked into a sheltered area in the garden you will find the luxurious hot tub to soak away any remaining aches and strains.

The patio and garden are walled and gated so young children cannot wander to the pool area unsupervised making it very safe for all the family.

Quality bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels are provided. Beach towels are also available for your convenience. A hairdryer and a personal safe are also provided.

A put-u-up-bed is available for a fifth guest, and a travel cot and high chair are provided. In the store room, you will find a selection of inflatables, toys and buckets and spades for the children to enjoy.

The Villa is situated in La Goleta, Playa Blanca which is a very quiet, private, residential area with wonderful sea and mountain views, and a 10 minute walk to the sea and a short walk to the local bars, restaurants, bakery and supermarket at Faro Park. It is also just a short walk to the bus stop where you can catch the local bus that runs every 30 minutes and stops at all the main amenities, beaches, etc in Playa Blanca.

Villa La Colina is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. Ample car parking is available at the villa should you choose to hire a car. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by the Villa into Playa Blanca.

With beautiful golden sandy beaches, volcanoes close by and many rock pools to explore, it is an ideal base for all types of holiday, especially families.

La Goleta is very close to Faro Park, and as such is in walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and shops there.

Shangrila Park complex is adjacent, and has a small mini-market where you can by amongst other things, fresh bread baked on the premises 4 times a day, just 3 minutes walk away.

La Goleta differs in that it has its own large communal swimming pool as a centerpiece. More often than not, you will only see Seagulls paddling in it. Most of the villas have their own pools too; others have the luxury of a spa.

The gardens are mature and green; the grounds are well lit and kept. A spacious feel is conveyed, although you will have your own private garden and gate. The lighthouse is in view, and in the dark, it’s comforting light swathes the villas in a hypnotic beam. Some villas have roof terraces, which allow excellent views of the sea.

Behind La Goleta is the incredible Montana Roja. You can take a walk up the mountain easily, and marvel at the crater below, gaze around and you will see most of Playa Blanca from above. Make sure you take water and sun tan lotion the nearly extinct Houbarra bird is probably the only thing you will see. If you don’t want to drive into Playa Blanca, the bus stop is not too far away, and taxis arrive quickly once called.

La Goleta is a very quiet, pretty community with a mix of residents and holidaymakers. A super place to stay and venture to and from.
