Just a quick e-mail to say what a lovely holiday we had at Casa Elian. This is the third property we have stayed in at Parque Del Rey and it was the nicest yet! The villa was well equipped and very comfortable. Also a big thank you to yourselves for allowing us to stay on in the villa until 4 pm in the afternoon, it was very much appreciated. We’ll definitely recommend yourselves to our friends and we’ll be using you again! Thanks again, Tracey Dawson (and John, Amy, Olivia and Brad!!)

We received first class assistance and advice from Lanzarote Lates team.  Upon arrival we could not fault the villa, the presentation was extremely good.  It is of a very high standard.  All the MVP Team are pleasant, friendly and helpful giving good advice.  We will definitely return to Casa Elian.

The presentation of the villa was very good and there was plenty of room. It has a nice size pool and sunbathing area and the covered dining area was nice. The MVP team came when they said and did a good job.

Visited another Parque del Rey Villa for the last two years. Everything was excellent. The team are as superb as ever, very helpful & friendly. Would definitely return to Casa Elian.

Booked direct with lanzarotelates which was easy to book and the information received was more than accurate. We have stayed at Casa Elian before however the location, summary and description of the villa combined with the photos on the website are what attracted us again to this villa. The Spanish directions were very useful for the taxi driver. We found the villa to cleaned and presented to an excellent standard as it was last year. The MVP team are very efficient and any issues were resolved promptly. On behalf of Helen, the girls & I, I would like to thank MVP staff for their friendliness and prompt attention to any issues raised. We will be returning again but, unfortunately, not next year.

It was our 3rd visit, everything was very good.

The whole process was completed through and with Marie. She was very helpful and more importantly straight forward. We have been to Faro Park on a previous occasion and we had good experiences. The instructions and presentation of the villa was very good, we especially liked the spacious feel it had and all of the equipment. MVP were good and very helpful.

The booking process was easy and performed via the internet with no problems. We liked the look of this particular villa because of the size of the pool, its good location and the heated pool, also we have three children so the twin beds were great! Overall MVP were very friendly and helpful.

Sorry we didn't get to meet during our stay , but just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the villa and especially the pool. I tried to make a few comments on the survey but I doubt you'll be able to read my writing. The villa and pool are great , our only hiccup being the leak in the dining area roof which meant on the day it rained , when unfortunately our son was ill and so we are tied to the house, the lack of dry chairs became very apparent - however Neil was extremely swift in notifying you when he heard about it, and we didn't get much rain subsequently, and had learnt to bring the cushions inside. My only other point would be it felt more than a 20 minute walk back up from town - especially when trying to herd 3 unwilling children with us - as it was with our son being less than 100% we drove most trips anyway. however I was very impressed with the MVP service - I think the pool man becomes tour guide idea is brilliant, we didn't really need much help, but it was useful to have him there a couple of times just to ask those niggly little questions that it wouldn't be worth ringing you up about. Also I was very impressed with the car you arranged, even if I completely misjudged how much fuel we used and left it far too full! Thanks again, I will definitely recommend your company and may use you again in a couple of years - we try to cycle through the Canaries so may not be back in Lanzarote for a while. Hope you all had a good, sunny Christmas and wish you a successful 2008.

We had stayed at this villa last year so already knew of its quality. However the presentation was perfect, something special infact and we would consider returning.

Lanzarotelates were full of helpful information and very attentive, we booked for location, pool and size, it looked perfect on the website and it was a perfect holiday home. Dear All just a quick note to thank you and your staff for all the kind help and concern offered during our recent stay at casa Elian, when our son Matthew unfortunately suffered his broken leg. All the help offered was very much appreciated, and made a stressful and difficult time easier to cope with. I am pleased to say that Matthew is now recovering quite well and is due to meet the specialist at our local hospital next week, where we hope to get the Ok to proceed with physiotherapy to speed up his recovery. Once again many thanks for everything, and we hope to see you again next Easter when all climbing will be banned !! Mike,Lorraine,Matthew and Alex. June 07

Lanzarotelates.com booking got a little confused but okay in the end! Very clean, villa was perfect, team excellent polite, courteous and helpful.

Lee was very helpful, all very good and friendly. We would have liked a later check out but not possible. We would consider returning.

Excellent standard of accommodation and good location, the team were all very professional and attentive.

We stayed as we are friends of the owner, it was better than expected, we were really pleased. Everything was perfect thank you.

Just a short note to says thanks for the villa, we had a great holiday, really nice guy to pick us up and take us back to the airport, super guy who come to check the pool over and chat about places to go..and of course your good selves. And thanks for sorting us an alternative villa for our last day at short notice. Don't be surprised if you see us again next year!!
