Set mid way between Papagayo Beaches and the Marina Rubicon, with the coast line being just a pebbles throw away is the stunning Casa Clara. This versatile stylish town house offers sol y sombre, sun and shade, to families and couples alike.

Less than a minute away is the Netto supermarket, stocking all you need for your holiday shop. Opposite Netto is the Taxi Rank and Hotel Iberostar with all its facilities.

The lounge is bright, sunny and comfortable and the chaise lounge settee great to put your feet up and relax. The dining area is perfect for a candle lit dinner if you want to eat inside for a change.

Off the lounge the kitchen is well equipped and of a good size, a door leads to a private Solana area where you will find the washing machine, clothes airer and useful storage space for all that sandy beach paraphernalia.

There is a cool single bedroom on the ground floor, with a small cloakroom toilet and sink too. The dog leg stairs lead to a further 2 bedrooms, and a family bathroom with over the bath shower.

The master bedroom has a sizeable en suite bathroom with a double his and hers sink, bath, over the bath shower and bidet. The twin bedroom has incredible views over to the Rubicon Range of Mountains.

The master bedroom has a fabulous balcony, lovely table and chairs for two and sea views over the roof tops towards Fueteventura. Perfect for breakfast, early morning sun and reading that holiday novel.

Outside, the walled garden, with a lockable gate, has a fantastic shaded eating area, where you can dine al fresco. The pool is electrically heated and there are cushioned sun loungers to dry off on. The large sun parasol gives you the choice of sun or shade. Casa Clara is an amazing base for your holiday offering privacy without isolation.
