Yellow daisies line the front path ,next to the off road parking, up to the front door of the super Casa Helena.

Open the door onto a light fresh lounge with creme leather settee and two matching ikea rocker chairs, bagsy the footstool! Here you can put your feet up and watch the u.k. satellite t.v. system, watch a d.v.d. or read from a range of paperback books. Or open one of the 3 patio doors to the outside dining area,terrace, pool and stairs to the upstairs terrace.

Relax on the stylish sunloungers with raised leg supports, or swim in the electrically heated pool. Listen to the gentle breeze rustling the sugar cane, and pick rosemary from the delightful garden, to marinate your meats, and garnish your cooking. Move the barbque under the stairs for shade, or into the sun and serve up on the large oval dining table which seats 6.

Take the portable c.d./radio outside to listen to some music, to set the scene for your meal time. Look to the left to admire the amazing range of Rubicon Mountains, or straight on to the out of this world bay of Costa Papagayo. Watch the water sports, ferries, water taxis and passing ships and boats, while the sun shines and sea glistens.

Back into the lounge, and the open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. You can snack at the breakfast bar, and load the dishwasher to clean up. Off the kitchen is a door to the solana, where you will find the washing machine, clothes line, and a useful private enclosed area for sunbathing or children to play in .

There is also a useful downstairs toilet/cloakroom. A spiral stair case leads up to the first floor, here you will find a cool and stylish twin bedroom, and double bedroom with door to the balcony and sea view, also a family bathroom that has a bidet and over the bath shower. A door off the landing leads to the outside upper terrace.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with bidet, over the bath shower, and the seaside pictures give you a hint of what is behind the patio door. Wow, now that is what you call a sea view. All the rooms, upstairs and down, have cooling ceiling fans.
