Property Management

We offer a comprehensive property management service for clients whether or not you let out your property in Lanzarote.

Cleaning

We have a well trained team of villa cleaners, pool cleaners and housekeepers. We provide these services for both rental villas and owner-use only villas.

Laundry

We have an in house laundry services as well, meaning that your guests always have clean bed-linen and towels. We never send our owners laundry to a laundrette.

Security and Maintenance Checks

We understand that for those clients based in the UK it can be a cause for concern wondering what is happening to your property in Lanzarote. We therefore provide regular security and maintenance checks of your property for your peace of mind and to protect the value of your investment.

Pool Cleaning

If your property has it's own pool, we can offer you a regular pool cleaning service by our proficient, trained pool technicians. We are the most qualified pool cleaning company in the Canary Islands and have an in house laborotory with which we provide regular testing of your pool water. Our company is a member of SPATA, the Swimming Pool and Associated Trades Association. David is a full member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and we hold many other qualifications. Infact we run training courses for people on the island and look after communal pools too!

Gardening

As well as keeping the inside of your property clean, it is also important to make sure that the outside is equally well presented, especially if you rent your property out. To this end, we offer you a range of services to keep your garden free of weeds and looking its best all year round.

Maintenance

We don't just keep things clean around you villa, but will also provide you with a full range of maintenance services for both pool and property as and when the need arises. All done to our normal exacting standards.
