Each villa is a private home and is made available for use of guests by Montana Villas & Pools SCP as property managers for the owner. Because the villas are privately owned, the decor and amenities of individual houses may vary and are subject to change. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we are the only luxury villa company in Playa Blanca to personally inspect every property before arrival of guests, so you know that we can personally ensure its high standard. Our housekeepers and pool cleaners are fully trained and will keep the villas and pools in tip top condition during your stay.

This said, the owners nor ourselves shall be liable for injury or damage to a guest or to any person who uses or is in the villa, or be liable for damage to their property, except to the extent that such damages are the direct result of the owner's or the management company's negligence. Each guest is responsible for all acts of the guest's family and all other persons the guest invites in to the villa.

Guests are requested to keep the villa and all appliances, equipment, furniture, furnishings and other personal property supplied therewith clean and in good order and repair. Failure to do so will entitle the owner, or us on behalf of the owner, to make appropriate repairs at the guest's expense. However, guests are not responsible for ordinary wear or damage by the elements. We kindly ask that guests give us immediate notice in case of fire or other damage to the villa or contents. Smoking inside the villas is strictly forbidden. If guests need to smoke ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only.
